Watershed Architects specialise in high quality residential design with a focus on environmental sustainability. We’ve been creating considered and enduring architectural solutions for our clients since 2002 with over 120 built projects across the Northern Beaches of Sydney and beyond.
Our Practice
In our work we strive to engender a deep connection to the location, the site context and climate. We value the traditions of craftsmanship and use materials that sit harmoniously in their environment.
We have strong relationships with local builders whose knowledge and experience we access in order to build certainty around budgets and ensure quality and value for our clients. We’re especially proud of the relationships we have built with our clients and the testimonials we have received.

The Watershed team comprise a dedicated and diverse group of individuals united in their love of architecture, design and making things. We believe a collaborative approach brings the best results and that listening is more important than talking. Collectively we bring wisdom, youthful enthusiasm, curiosity, high-level CAD skills, creativity and a proven ability to get stuff built.
Approach
Our small practice ensures a personal approach with Director and founder Mark Korgul overseeing each project from start to finish. Every project is a collaborative effort between our valued clients, builders and allied consultants and an opportunity to collectively create an exceptional home in which people will love to live.
