SKETCH DESIGN

A SKETCH OR CONCEPT DESIGN FORMS THE FIRST DELIVERABLE PART OF OUR SERVICE FOLLOWING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DESIGN BRIEF AND ACCEPTANCE OF A FEE PROPOSAL.

A SKETCH DESIGN INCLUDES:

Floor plan layouts showing all floors, walls, windows, joinery, furniture and finishes suitable for cost estimate by Builder or Quantity Surveyor.
3D CAD model showing spatial volumes & building form.

A meeting to present the sketch design is held in our office where we explain the scheme by walking through the drawings followed by a viewing of the 3D computer model.
