DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION/ CDC
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION OR COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE (CDC) FORMS THE SECOND PHASE OF OUR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WHERE PLANNING APPROVALS ARE OBTAINED.
THIS PHASE INCLUDES:
Developing the design and preparing a full set of DA drawings or preliminary CDC drawings, depending on preferred method.
Coordinating necessary consultants including planners, engineers, environmental consultants, private certifiers.
Coordinating reports and forms for DA or PCA submission.
Council negotiations (additional on an hourly rate).
