DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION/ CDC​

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT TO DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION OR COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE (CDC) FORMS THE SECOND PHASE OF OUR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WHERE PLANNING APPROVALS ARE OBTAINED.

​THIS PHASE INCLUDES:

  • Developing the design and preparing a full set of DA drawings or preliminary CDC drawings, depending on preferred method. ​

  • Coordinating necessary consultants including planners, engineers, environmental consultants, private certifiers.​

  • Coordinating reports and forms for DA or PCA submission​.

  • Council negotiations (additional on an hourly rate).​
