CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION FORMS THE THIRD AND LARGEST DELIVERABLE PART OF OUR SERVICE AND INCLUDES PRODUCING DOCUMENTS FOR TENDERING TO BUILDERS.

​CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION INCLUDES:

  • Finalising the design to include all materials, finishes, fixtures and fittings for exterior and interior spaces.​

  • Preparing documents to achieve the Construction Certificate.​

  • Preparing detailed documents for tendering & building.​

  • ​Coordinating consultants/ suppliers/ subcontractors.​

  • ​Attending regular meetings with clients to finalise materials and selections.​

  • ​Interior Design services tailored to suit client's level of detail​

​Deliverables:​

Detailed Architectural CAD drawings, Specifications and Schedules, Co-ordinated Architectural & Structural Documentation for Tendering and Building.​
