Alterations and Additions

When Mark and Carolyn purchased this modest mid-century courtyard home it was in desperate need of repair. They have since renovated the existing part of the home and added a sympathetic upper story. The first stage of the renovation was featured in Inside Out Magazine in March 2018. The new ensuite bathroom was also featured in the May 2018 edition. The new entry, carport and separate studio are currently under construction.
